Early Life and Education

Born in 1977 to Polish immigrant parents Elizabeth and Jerzy, Kuba Jewgieniew grew up with values rooted in humility, gratitude, and hard work. His parents’ immigrant journey instilled resilience and a deep respect for education. After excelling academically, he pursued higher studies at the University of California, San Diego, where he graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Economics in 1999.

During his university years, Kuba supported himself financially, showing early signs of independence and determination. Following graduation, he started a career as a stock trader and financial manager, while also developing computer software and hardware programs. This unique blend of financial acumen and technological curiosity would later fuel his innovative approach to real estate.

Entering the Real Estate World

In 2004, Kuba decided to transition into real estate. His first year was nothing short of remarkable he closed 111 transactions, totaling about $30 million in sales volume. This rapid success highlighted both his business instincts and his understanding of the housing market.

However, while excelling as an agent, Kuba grew frustrated with the traditional brokerage model. High commission splits and limited support left many agents struggling, even when they performed well. This realization motivated him to rethink the system and create a company that placed agents at the center of success.

Founding Realty ONE Group

In 2005, Kuba launched Realty ONE Group with a groundbreaking concept: a 100% commission model paired with unmatched support, coaching, and technology. Within its first year, the company already had 250 agents and generated $102 million in sales.

Through strategic acquisitions such as John Hall & Associates in Arizona (2011) and eVantage Home Realty in California (2012), Kuba accelerated the company’s growth. By the early 2020s, Realty ONE Group had become a powerhouse with more than 18,000 professionals in 400+ offices across the U.S., Canada, Puerto Rico, and multiple international markets.

As of 2025, Realty ONE Group operates in 49 U.S. states and 24 countries, including new markets in Bonaire and Curaçao, with over 20,000 professionals and annual sales volume of about $34 billion. The brand is now among the top 10 largest real estate franchises in the nation by volume.

Recognition and Industry Impact

Kuba Jewgieniew’s bold leadership has earned him widespread recognition. He has been repeatedly listed among the Swanepoel Power 200 as one of the most influential leaders in residential real estate. In 2025, he was named an Inman Power Player, joining the ranks of the industry’s most impactful figures.

Additionally, Kuba received the HousingWire Vanguard Award in 2022, which celebrates executives who lead transformative change in housing. Realty ONE Group itself has been recognized multiple times as the No. 1 real estate franchise brand by Entrepreneur magazine, reflecting both its strong culture and its rapid expansion.

Leadership Philosophy and “Coolture”

Central to Kuba’s success is his belief in what he calls the “Power of ONE.” He encourages individuals to take bold steps, live authentically, and create meaningful change. His company culture coined “Coolture” fuses professionalism with fun, authenticity, and community.

This approach stems from Kuba’s Polish heritage and the values of gratitude and perseverance he learned from his parents. At Realty ONE Group, “Coolture” means empowering agents with tools like ZONE (a proprietary tech platform) and ONE University (a coaching and education hub). The company also applies a framework called the 6C’s coaching, community, coolture, care, commission, and connect which ensures every professional feels supported.

A Legacy of Innovation

More than just a CEO, Kuba Jewgieniew is a visionary entrepreneur who has redefined real estate franchising. His model empowered agents to earn more and challenged the industry to rethink traditional systems. By investing in technology, education, and culture, he has built a brand that thrives on innovation and purpose.

Today, Realty ONE Group is more than a real estate company it’s a movement that celebrates individuality, success, and community. For Kuba Jewgieniew, the mission is clear: open doors, empower professionals, and leave a legacy that transforms how real estate is experienced around the world.
