Her academic journey led her to North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University, where she earned a degree in English on a full scholarship. Later, she pursued advanced studies at the University of Maryland and North Carolina State University, further strengthening the educational foundation that would support her rise in business leadership.

The Birth of ActOne Group

Her first client was her brother-in-law Tom Noonan, who trusted her vision and gave her the opportunity to prove herself. From that starting point, Janice nurtured ActOne Group into a dynamic company built on integrity, personalized service, and respect for people.

Scaling Into Global Success

What began as a small staffing firm has grown into ActOne Group, a global enterprise with operations in over 32 countries, serving more than 17,000 clients. The company now encompasses several specialized divisions, including AppleOne, Agile-1, AT-Tech, All’s Well, and ACT-1Govt.
